changes to (US) state withholding tax tables

I currently have a source for getting notified when any state in the US
makes changes to their withholding taxes, but it's fairly expensive (almost
$1,000 per year)--it also includes a lot of information that I do not need.

Anyone know of a reliable source that will notify me any time a state
changes their withholding tax tables?
